My dear old friend needed assistance attending a specialist appointment, so we arranged for a Steady Companion to accompany her. The companion arrived early at the retirement village, ensured she was ready for the taxi, and had organised a wheelchair at the hospital.

Throughout the appointment, my friend was supported, reassured, and guided safely every step of the way. Afterwards, the companion went back to the village with her and made sure she was comfortable.
She also provided detailed notes from the consultation.
